Simulation Modeling for The Study of Forest Succesions in Central Russia

This document summarizes the master’s degree thesis that was presented by the author in May 1989 to the Section of Biogeography of the Department of Geography of Moscow State University. The thesis was awarded the highest possible mark and on the basis of the thesis along with other curriculum results, the author was granted a master degree with honours in physical geography. This document reflects the structure of the original paper that was prepared in Russian and comprised 63 pages of text, 67 figures and a bibliography including 41 references.
